SchoolPay is an eCommerce solution built specifically for K12- public and independent schools. It can be purchased as a stand alone solution, or integrated it into many leading administrative solutions

The average school processes 28-36 payment per child per year for things such as hot lunch, extended care, class fees, PTA membership dues, school events and more.  SchoolPay allows your school, district, foundation, or parent group to take online payments via credit card or electronic check for virtually anything from websites and emails. Funds are settled directly to any number of district bank accounts on a payment-by-payment basis. Schools may even register local, regional or national vendors, such as school photography, to make their payment available to their community, relieving the school from managing these payments as well.

The reporting and archiving of transactions within SchoolPay are robust. There are extensive options for creating custom reports at school, department, or district levels. All reports export via Excel or CSV files, for easy import into your most accounting software. We also offer schools unlimited training and have a host of supporting tools for rolling the service out to your district.
