David Dunaway
President and CEO
David has held executive roles with enterprise software companies such as Yodlee, Spinner (AOL), and Electracash for more than 15 years, with 7 years exclusively developing and distributing electronic payment solutions. His role as strategic consultant to electronic payment companies, led him to the observation that sub-enterprise, non-retail companies lacked robust, self-service electronic payment solutions. David observed a desire for electronic payment technology below the enterprise level, but a lack of resources to adopt existing solutions. With that, My Payment Network was born with the mission of bringing to SME service businesses what the shopping cart brought to SME retailers. David oversees all aspects of My Payment Network™ company development and operations.
Phil Compton
CFO
Phil Compton is a versatile entrepreneur with 23 years of proven successful achievements in software, hardware and Internet companies as well as Big Six accounting firm experience. He has experience in building the infrastructure, operations, team and image of early-stage companies. Phil has significant experience in managing both the financial and operational aspects of growing companies. He was the CFO for CoManage, where he helped raise over $60 million in venture funding and secured $10 million in debt financing. As CFO for Wisewire, Phil was instrumental in the sale of the company to Lycos for nearly $40 million. His achievements also include leadership positions with Mallett Technologies and Black Box Corporation (BBOX). Phil has been an active advisor and mentor to several Pittsburgh area early stage companies.
Ann Dunaway
Vice President of Business Development
Ann is a sales and marketing veteran with nearly 20 years opening new markets, verticals, and products. She's spent 10 years in early, executive roles with Internet companies providing business services with a particular emphasis on the sub-enterprise market. Ann was Vice President of eCommerce Sales at B2SB Technologies, where she created and developed the original business plan, generated all first-round partnerships and built the team which drove the entire corporate line of revenue. She wrote the original business plan and developed first-round partnerships with ProcurePoint Travel Solutions. Ann has served in leadership roles at her children’s private and public schools adding first-hand passion to the challenges these organizations face processing an ever-growing list of payments.
Michael Hoffmeyer
Chief Technology Officer
Mike is a 12 year systems architecture veteran and has worked in the internet high-tech electronic commerce segment since the pre-“Dot com” era. He is a certified expert in ACH payments, earning the coveted Accredited ACH Professional certification from the National Automated Clearinghouse Association. He’s spent seven years, exclusively building electronic payment architecture. At My Payment Network, Mike is responsible for strategic infrastructure and technical planning, system design and architecture, internal and external software development and is the liaison between the technical unit and the business unit
James Marzola
Vice President of Market Development
Jim leads My Payment Network’s business and market development activities. He brings 25 years of sales, business development and marketing experience—most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for MAXIMUS Education Systems Division. Jim managed the sales and marketing efforts behind the launch of SchoolMAX Enterprise, the first enterprise system of its kind for schools and school districts.
